Shipping & Returns Policy

SYKeramik maintains full ownership of the ceramic works until a donation has been obtained.

Once a donation has been made there is no means of cancellation. This also includes changing the size or colour of a product or changing the delivery address or payment method. You will receive the product you registered for: no altercations can be made.

All our packages are sent with … from our Studio in XXX. Your piece(s) will be sent within two working weeks after it has been registered for, unless notified otherwise by SYKeramik. Please trust that we always do our best to get your packages out to you as soon as possible.

We are dedicated to ensure our work be of the highest quality for our customers.

Returns that are sent without prior knowledge will not be accepted.

Please understand that if you have obtained an item(s) by making a donation, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless damaged.

In the event that the item(s) received are broken / damaged during shipping you must contact us immediately or within seven days of receiving the package. Please provide as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture(s) of the damage.
